Helen is an experienced and dedicated beauty professional with over 25 years in the industry. Her passion for skincare and beauty treatments, especially facials, has been the foundation of her long and successful career. Owning her own salon is a dream come true for Helen, as it allows her to create a welcoming space where clients can relax and feel truly cared for. Her expertise and genuine love for skincare shine through in every treatment, as she takes pride in helping her clients achieve radiant, healthy skin.
Helen is not only passionate about her craft but also about the team she has built at the salon. She prides herself on fostering a supportive and skilled group of professionals who share her commitment to providing the best possible experience for every client. Ensuring her clients feel valued and looked after is at the heart of everything she does.
Outside of the salon, Helen enjoys a full and happy life. She loves spending time with her loyal dog, Teddy, and cherishes her roles as a wife, mum and a Nan, finding joy in her family and the memories they create together. With her years of experience, dedication, and warm personality, Helen brings a unique blend of expertise and care to every aspect of her salon, making it a place clients love to return to.
Annie M - Nail Technician/Beautician
Annie is a passionate and skilled beauty professional with a true love for nails and aesthetics. Her creativity and attention to detail shine through in every treatment she offers, whether she’s crafting stunning gel nails, perfecting intricate nail art, or enhancing natural beauty with her aesthetic expertise. For Annie, it’s not just about the treatments—it’s about helping her clients feel confident, beautiful, and pampered.
Outside of her work, Annie is a devoted mum who balances her career with family life. She loves spending time with her children, cherishing every moment of motherhood. In her free time, Annie stays active with hobbies like working out and walking her beloved dog, enjoying the fresh air and staying connected to nature. Her positive energy and caring personality make her a joy to be around, both as a professional and in her everyday life.

Nicola - Nail Technician
Nicola is a talented and dedicated nail technician at Helen Jane Beauty, where she has been part of the team for 4years. Her enthusiasm for her work and the salon is unmatched, and she loves being a part of the Helen Jane family so much that she jokes they’ll never get rid of her!
As a single mum of two, Nicola brings her vibrant personality to the salon every day. She describes herself as a bit bonkers, a chatterbox, and someone with a big heart and a great listening ear.
Nicola values the supportive environment at Helen Jane Beauty, where the team operates like a family. She loves the mutual care and appreciation shared between the team and their clients, ensuring that everyone feels valued and looked after.
Charlotte
Charlotte is a dedicated Lash Technician with over nine years of experience in the beauty industry. A proud mum of five, she balances her busy family life with her passion for enhancing her clients’ natural beauty. She has been an integral part of Helen Jane Beauty since the salon opened its doors six years ago.
Charlotte specializes in all types of lash extensions, including mega volume, classic, angel, and YY lashes, ensuring every client leaves with a customized and stunning look. In addition to her lash expertise, she offers lash lifts, brow waxing, and tinting, providing a range of treatments to make clients feel their best.
Her love for her work shines through in her approach. Charlotte looks forward to coming to the salon every week, where her clients make her job truly rewarding. Despite nearly a decade in the industry, she still feels the same passion and excitement for her craft as she did on day one.
Charlotte describes Helen Jane Beauty as more than just a workplace—it’s a second family. The team shares a close bond both in and outside of the salon, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the doors. Libby
Libby joined Helen Jane Beauty in 2024 and is currently excelling in her Level 2 Beauty Therapy apprenticeship. Passionate about her work, she enjoys perfecting treatments such as nails, facials, and lashes, and is eager to continue expanding her skills.
Outside of the salon, Libby cherishes time with her family and her beloved horses—Chilli, Storm, and Snowy. Her enthusiasm for both her career and personal life makes her a vibrant and valued member of the Helen Jane team.
Lilly
Lilly has been a part of Helen Jane Beauty since 2019 and is a qualified beauty therapist with certifications in Beauty Therapy Levels 1, 2, and 3 and Nails Levels 1 and 2. Among all her treatments, she especially loves performing facials and massages, where her passion for client care truly shines.
In September 2025, Lilly will embark on an exciting new chapter as she heads to university. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her adorable dog, Bella. Lilly’s dedication and friendly nature make her a cherished member of the salon team.
Sue

Karl
Hi, I’m Karl — a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer with a real passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.
With my background in both fitness and recovery, I take a whole-body approach to treatment, whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for a big event, or just dealing with everyday aches and tension. I combine deep tissue and advanced massage techniques with a strong understanding of how the body works in motion — so each session is tailored specifically to your goals.
I love working with a wide range of clients, from athletes to office workers, and seeing the difference regular treatment can make. Whether it’s improving mobility, speeding up recovery, or helping you feel more in control of your body, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
